Policy Governance

The Board of Trustees governs with an emphasis on strategic leadership with a forward leaning vision and emphasizes a collective decision making process that  encourages diversity in viewpoints and with a clear distinction between the role of the Board and that of the administrative functions of the organization.  For additional detail on how this vision is accomplished, please see the Governance Policy.
