You may request public information in any written form.  We provide a FOIA Request Form to help organize your request. This form can be submitted to the Township Hall in person, by mail, 2010 S. Lincoln Rd., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 or emailed to foia@uniontownshipmi.com.

 Some public information is on Electronic media, or as data files for specific programs such as mapping or assessing.  The raw data files are available for your use in other programs.  We do not provide the software required to utilize these files.  You can request for these files by utilizing the FOIA Request Form .
