What does Charter Communications going all digital mean to you?

On Tuesday January 14th, 2014, Charter Communications will be converting all of their Cable Television signals in Clare, Gratiot and Isabella Counties  to a digital version.  This will effect all of you in slightly different ways.  The MAC TV Network and your local municipalities want this conversion to be as successful and painless for you as possible.  Below is some information regarding this change.
