Notice to all Rental Owners

All rental applications must be received at Union Township Hall located 2010 S. Lincoln Rd, Mt Pleasant MI 48858, 989-772-4600 no later than April 1, 2012. All applications received after April 1, 2012 will be late charge invoiced. All applications received after May 1, 2012 will be considered an illegal rental unit and will be terminated as a rental unit by this department at once and will remain in illegal status until compliance has been attained as required. Rental inspections will begin April 1, 2012. You will be notified of a date and time once all of the applications have been reviewed and sorted into categories.
