How to Rent

  1. Confirm the availability of your desired dates by checking our online calendar, calling the Township Hall, or stopping by in person.
  2. Submit completed rental agreement.  A copy of a valid State Issued ID is required.

NOTE: Items listed on the calendar are NOT available.  Hall and Pavilion rentals are reserved for a single renter per day, and each rental provides full-day access. Check rental agreement for arrival and departure times.

Rental fees must be paid prior to finalizing your reservation.

Rules

  1. All occupants must be out by 10:00 p.m. Violators will be considered trespassing and may be subject to prosecution.
  2. If hanging any materials, they must use I hooks installed on wood support post. There will be no staples, tape, nails, glue, or pins used anywhere on pavilions, failure to comply will result in forfeit of deposit.
  3. Trash: Dispose of all trash into containers provided inside pavilion.
  4. All picnic tables located inside of pavilions are to remain inside.
  5. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on park grounds.
  6. Charter Township of Union will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any articles or equipment left on park grounds.
  7. Rental Fee is non-refundable within three days prior to the reservation date or after the reservation date as well.

This Facility Use Agreement is entered into on

by and between the Charter Township of Union ("Township") and
Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Facility Use Agreement (“Agreement”), including all pages of the Agreement and the attached Exhibit A: Rules of Jameson Hall Use embedded in this link, the Township hereby grants Licensee, a nontransferable, revocable license to use Jameson Hall, 5142 Bud St., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858, ("Facility") for the following purposes:
Participants. Licensee anticipates that the following number of people will be at the Facility to use the Facility for the above stated purpose(s) (collectively, the "Participants"), and stipulates that in no event shall the Fire Marshal rated capacity of 144 persons be exceeded
Facility Use Fee. Licensee shall pay the rental fee in full, due immediately upon entering into this Agreement.

Damage Security Deposit. Licensee shall pay $250 dollars to the Township, due prior to receiving a key for the Facility, as a damage security deposit against damages to or cleaning of the Facility. Licensee shall be entitled to return of the deposit following use of the Facility less cleaning or actual damages to the Facility.
