NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a meeting
on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall Board Room at 2010 South Lincoln
Road, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 for the purpose of receiving public comments on PSUP25-02 special
use permit application for short-term rental housing. The applicant has requested to operate short-term rental housing as permitted in section 6.58 (short-term rental housing) of the Zoning
Ordinance as a special use permitted in section 14.3 (special use permits) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Located at 1220 S. Eli’s Way on parcel 14-007-10-002-05 in the NW ¼ of Section 7 and in the AG
(Agricultural) zoning district [Legal Description]: T14N R4W, SEC 7, COM W, 201FT; TH S, 990 FT

The application may be inspected during business hours at the Township Hall. The Zoning
Ordinance and Map are also available for viewing on the Township’s website at:

Any interested person may submit their views in person, in writing, or by signed proxy prior to the
public hearing or at the public hearing. Written comments may be sent to the Charter Township
