Public Notice: Fire Hydrant and Water Main Flushing
The Charter Township of Union, Public Service Department will be flushing fire hydrants, and water mains beginning April 28 – May 16, 2025.
This flushing will be done during the daylight hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
In order to avoid inconveniencing our residents; We will not be flushing on the weekends. Flushing could cause low pressure, loss of pressure, and “yellow/rusty/brown water”
PLEASE CHECK YOUR COLD WATER FOR ANY RUST BEFORE DOING ANY LAUNDRY
